Painting Poppies

I am one of five girls that grew up in a family of twelve kids. My parents lost their first daughter at four months, so our only memories of her are in the stories we heard through the years.

Two of my sisters live in Ontario and three of us live in Alberta. My youngest sister, Carol has rheumatoid arthritis and is not able to travel. Unless the Ontarians come to Calgary, we are not able to all be together.
